JOHNS ISLAND, SC - The fourth annual Homegrown Holiday Bazaar is accepting applications for vendors and sponsors to be a part of this festive event held Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 10:00am-4:00pm at Johns Island County Park, 2662 Mullet Hall Road (site of Mullet Hall Equestrian Center). This event serves to promote holiday shopping from local businesses while providing the community with a multitude of interactive holiday activities. It is brought to you by Johns Island Farmers Market and Sea Islands Chamber of Commerce at a Charleston County Parks & Recreation location.

The Homegrown Holiday Bazaar is the area’s one-stop shop for all things LOCAL & FESTIVE! All the regular Johns Island Farmers Market vendors and farmers will be in attendance, and we are opening many other spaces for growers and vendors throughout the community to join us. Visitors will be able to do their weekly local grocery shopping while also checking off their holiday gift shopping list. Last year 100 vendors and more than 1,500 local shoppers came together making the event a huge success and this year, there are even more opportunities to get involved.

Do you make or grow specialty items that our participants would buy for holiday gifts or just for fun? Come join us on December 2nd! Food trucks and all types of other local vendors who are interested in setting up goods at a booth may contact Frasier at JohnsIslandFarmersMarket@gmail.com.

Are you looking to get your business seen by locals? Sponsor an attraction and send a representative from your business to speak one-on-one with 1,000's of potential customers, all while having fun! Sponsorships are available for many activities and attractions including live music by the V-Tones of Charleston and members of Sol Driven Train. Other festive sponsorable activities include the Holiday Tractor Show, Santa Claus, seasonal-themed games, cookie and ornament decorating, carriage rides, Holiday Hoops, Marsh Tacky Horse Meet & Greet, pony rides, bounce houses and more. If your business would like to sponsor an activity, feature or attraction, or donate to the silent auction, contact Karen at Karen@seaislandschamber.org.

Volunteering for non-profits and for the community can be very rewarding! There are several opportunities for volunteering and we would love to have your help! Contact Jennifer at Jennifer@seaislandschamber.org for more information on getting involved.
